Contact us with photos of the issue at info@blingisthenewblack.com We exclusively use CRYSTALS NOT PLASTIC OR ACRYLIC RHINESTONES on all apparel. Do Not Bleach, Wash Gentle Cold Inside Out. Do NOT heat or hang dry-the crystals are lead and heavy, and will cause your garment to sag if hung to dry, in the dryer, the crystals are sharp and will pick the fabric and cause runs or tears. For best results lay flat to dry aligning seams. If it needs a fluff, run for 1 minute on slightly warm dryer NEVER DRY CLEAN!! Need a repair? Just contact us, we stand behind every item, we will always repair any item at no additional charge for items purchased. All items are custom made to order, allow up to 14 business days for shipping. Once your item is marked shipped, this means a label had been generated, allow up to two days for tracking to update in the system. Packages are not necessarily picked up the day we ship them.
